If you know anyone looking for a home to rent and they move into a property managed by us, we will take 5% off of one month’s rent. If you know someone who owns a home or a condo and is looking for a property management company, send them our way. Any owner who you refer that uses our property management services earns you 25% off of one month’s rent.

IMPORTANT TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES

According to all leases, tenants are responsible for changing HVAC air filters on a regular basis. In most cases, it is highly recommended that this be done every few months. Tenants are also obligated to change all light bulbs so that they are functional at move-out and a professional cleaning at move-out.
